Write to the desk
One mailbox, read by a person. Corrections and method disagreements are the most useful things that arrive; questions about specific tokens are the most common and the ones this desk cannot answer.
What to write in about
There is one address and a person reads it: [email protected]. It is a plain mailbox rather than a support desk, so a reply may take a few days, and a short message with the page name in the subject line will always get further than a long one without it.
Four kinds of message are genuinely useful, and they are the ones this desk is set up to handle.
- Corrections. A protocol detail that has changed, an arithmetic error, a claim that does not hold. Name the page and the paragraph.
- Gaps. A question about reading a feed that none of the six pages answers. These become sections, or occasionally pages.
- Method disagreements. A reason a reading published here is weaker than it claims. This is the most valuable category and the rarest.
- Stale links. An outbound reference that has moved or died. Small, easy to fix, and easy for us to miss.
What this desk cannot answer
Some questions arrive often and cannot be answered here, and saying so in advance is more useful than a slow no.
Nothing about a specific token. No view on whether something is worth buying, whether a launch looks good, or what a particular chart means. This is not caution about liability; it is that no page here contains the information such a question needs, and answering anyway would be inventing it.
Nothing predictive. No calls, no signals, no targets, no timing. If a message asks what happens next, the answer is that this desk does not know and does not publish guesses.
Nothing legal or financial. If money has been lost and there is a legal question attached, the people who can help are regulators and lawyers in the relevant jurisdiction. This desk is not qualified and will say so rather than guess.
Nothing about identifying an address owner. That mapping does not exist in the ledger, and attempts to produce it from public data are how people end up publicly accusing the wrong party.
What we do not do
This desk does not accept paid placements, sponsored paragraphs, guest posts or link insertions, and it does not sell mentions. It does not run an alert channel, a signal group, a scanner or any paid tier, and it will never ask a reader for a wallet connection, a seed phrase or a transaction. Nothing on this site needs any of those things to be read.
If you encounter something using this name and offering any of that, it is not us. Saying so in advance costs a paragraph and is worth more than saying it afterwards.
Before you write
Two things speed a useful reply. Name the page, because six long pages produce a lot of paragraphs and identifying the right one takes time we would rather spend on the answer. And if a claim is being disputed, say what evidence would settle it, which is the same standard the pages themselves are held to.
Messages that are recognisably automated, or that are a pitch dressed as a question, are deleted without a reply. That is not a policy anyone enjoys writing down, and the volume makes it necessary.
